To scan and convert the format of your shared documents you no longer need to use multiple tools, thanks to Z- Scan2Send.

Z- Scan2Send is a handy utility that includes everything you need to get the most out of your scanner or multifunction printer (scan, fax, copy and print). Within the program interface you'll find many functions that allow you to scan all those documents that you need, and then change their format to PDF, TIFF and to compress them into ZIP.

The program is very easy to use and includes two basic configurations, one for the normal user where you have access to all the program functions, and office mode where you have access to only those features that are used in an office environment.

In addition to scanning the document, with Z- Scan2Send you can protect your scanned files using a password, scan documents of over fifty pages in which to add or delete some of them to your liking, and after scanning you can send the resulting document by email, via fax or FTP.
